Thank you for shopping at Spica Dance Shoe Online Store.
Due to the cost of international money transfers and Turkish tax regulations, refunds cannot be issued to the buyer.

You can exchange your shoes in the following cases:
• The shoes received are different from the order
• The shoes are damaged
• The shoe size needs to be changed.

To be eligible for a shoe size change:
• The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must not have been used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be exchanged.

• Please note that we cannot accept import taxes, duties, and shipping costs incurred in the destination country as valid reasons for returns and refunds.

• We do not accept exchanges or refunds for custom-made items (custom-designed shoes, half-size shoes, etc.) or discounted items.

In the event of an exchange, if there is a price difference between two different products, please request payment of this difference. The price of the requested exchange will be taken into account at the time of purchase, and the price of the new product will be taken into account when the exchange is requested. The difference will be paid by the buyer.

Taxes & Customs Duties and Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees for product returns or exchanges are non-refundable. Any customs duties, import taxes, and handling charges incurred in the destination country are non-refundable.
The initial shipping fee is non-refundable. This also applies to products purchased with a free shipping campaign. In this case, the shipping fee will be calculated based on standard postal service shipping rates.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage to the product for shipments to and from the Spica Dance Shoes Online Store. Buyers are also responsible for any taxes and duties that may be incurred when returning products for refunds or exchanges.
